Where are your games designed, developed and manufactured?
- Our games designed in-house, some games are designed by game designers and we publish them (there's a very stringent process we follow to commit to a game to be published). All our games are manufactured in Bangalore.

Is Shipping free?
- Shipping is free for all orders above Rs.1000.
Do you provide COD/Cash on Delivery?
- COD has been temporarily disabled due to COVID-19 pandemic.
Do you provide international shipping?
- Yes! We now ship few of our products internationally and charge reasonable shipping rates. Please place orders using international Credit Cards for smooth payment processing. The shipping cost is calculated in your payment screen.
How do I place bulk orders?

My package is damaged. What do I do?
- Please do not worry. Drop us a mail at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receiving the order. We will check and have the product/parts replaced as soon as possible.
My order has some game components / toys missing. What do I do?
- Our products go through stringent quality checks. In the rare case that you do find an issue, please drop us a mail along with a photo to email@example.com within 7 days of receiving the order. We will check and have any missing components sent to you as soon as possible.
Do you allow returns?
- We do not allow returns of our products. We provide replacements for any manufacturing defects.
